OK To Go Food Quality Policy

At OKGN To Go, Chef Colleen is committed to crafting culinary experiences that prioritize quality, sustainability, and flavor. Her dedication begins with sourcing local and plant-based ingredients, ensuring freshness and supporting her community. She believes in the power of wholesome, nourishing food that not only delights the palate but also contributes to a healthier planet.

Our Packaging Policy

One of the goals of this business is to use minimal packaging. This doesnt mean your order is going to arrive in a pot and we have to scoop out your order! NO WAY! 

But it does mean we do not supply napkins, utensils and plastic or paper bag packaging. We will provide containers that will transport your food to your door, to your job and can be microwaved or reheated and are recyclable. 

But please bear in mind that one of our goals is to make sustainable changes in our food culture and packaging is a hugely impacting product to our environment.  

The benefit of this choice is less waste for you to manage and lower food costs to you as well. 

Your Account

You can use our website without an account, but you need to make an account to place an order, this is to ensure we have a proper delivery location and to keep your payments secure. 

Keep your account info up to date and secure. If you suspect any issues, let us know ASAP.

Ordering 

 The time cutoff to place your order for the  Monday delivery is by Friday at 4 pm. Orders after Friday at 4:01pm go in for the next cycle, two Mondays later.

Prices are in Canadian dollars and might change. You're responsible for taxes, fees, and charges shown during checkout. Taxes are required for prepared foods in the province of BC. 

Delivery is a flat rate of $9.00, there is no need for tips, and if you order more than $100.00 your delivery is free.

Pay using the methods provided. We'll process your payment securely.

We might limit items or cancel orders. If something's unavailable, we'll let you know and offer a refund.

Delivery Policy

Delivery might have delays. We'll communicate any delays promptly and will act with diligence to maintain the quality of your order. You must be present to accept your order, or your order may be compromised. If we cannot exchange the order upon delivery and you have requested to leave the order at your doorstep, we will not be liable for anything missing, damaged or if food spoiled. 

All approved sales are final. We don't accept returns, but we value your feedback and will address issues case by case. Any grievances that are not addressed directly with Chef Colleen within 24 hours of receiving the order limit the liability of OKGN To Go ability to resolve the issue. 

If you have any grievances and do not contact us first but instead post online to slander the company, we have a right to approach your issue and resolve this manner to the best of our mutual benefit, and to have the post taken down.

Issues that are welcome to receive as feedback but are not liable for refunds are preference of flavor, texture, or portion size. 

Dietary Restrictions Policy

Our dietary menu items such as items that state “wheat-free” can only guarantee that no known ingredient with wheat has contaminated the menu item. We cannot guarantee a 100% dedicated gluten-free facility. If you have severe allergies to gluten, we cannot recommend our products to you.

If you have any allergies or food restrictions, you must write this in your order comments either in the special instructions of your order or contact us with your order number at chefcolleen@okgntogo.com. 

Upon informing us of your restrictions we will contact you to confirm your order is safe to be processed in our facility. If we cannot provide this for you, we will refund your order. 

Digital Coupons

Our digital coupons have expiry dates and can only be used once. They're non-transferable and can't be exchanged for cash.

Contests

If we host contests, follow the rules we set. If there's a conflict between contest rules and these terms, the contest rules win.
